Your Domain Host will pay your domain name registration fees for any .com, .net, .org, .biz, or .info domain name that is the primary domain name associated with a qualifying web hosting account on our servers, as long as your account meets all other conditions described herein. If you move your domain from our servers, or if you fail to meet any of the conditions, you will be automatically charged for domain registration fees, which are currently $14.95 per year. Minimum Commitment

In order to receive this offer, your account must be in good standing for three consecutive months during your domain name registration period, and all other conditions described herein must be met. If these conditions are not met, your account will automatically be charged $14.95 for a one-year registration period. If we are unable to process the registration charge, we will assume ownership of the domain. By accepting this offer, you agree to and accept these conditions and waive all rights to contest any actions that result.

 
New Domain Registrations

Your domain name will be registered with NICForce. By accepting this service, you are contracting directly with Tucows/OpenSRS for domain name registration services and you agree to comply with all related Terms and Conditions, including the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Of course, you are free to register your domain name with any registrar you choose. However, in order to take advantage of Free Domain Name Registration, your domain must be registered through NICForce.

Free Registration Renewals

Your domain name will be registered and renewed for periods of one year. The billing contact of the domain name will receive notification from OpenSRS and/or NICForce when the registration is nearing the end of its current period. The account owner must contact us upon receipt of this notification, or prior to the expiration of the registration period, to ensure the renewal of the domain name registration. We will renew your domain name when it is within 60 days of expiration (or within 30 days after expiration.) Your Domain Host does not monitor registration expirations -- it is your responsibility to ensure that your registration is renewed.
 

Transfer Existing Registrations

If your domain name has already been registered with another domain name registration agency, you can still take advantage of this offer by transferring your registration to NICForce. Simply wait until your current registration period is due to expire in two months or less, then submit your transfer request using our Registration Transfer Request form.

Refund Policy

Domain name registrations and/or renewals are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Domain name registrations are explicitly excluded from our 30-day money back guarantee or any other warranties or guarantees associated with our services.

Account Eligibility

This offer applies only to qualifying web hosting accounts. Parked domains and non-qualifying hosting accounts are not eligible for this offer. However, even if you don't qualify for free registration, you can still take advantage of NICForce's low rates for domain name registrations -- only $14.95 per year.
