All of our accounts provide full domain-based POP3 and SMTP e-mail service, in addition to web-based e-mail. Configure your standalone e-mail client (e.g., Outlook, Eudora, etc.) to connect to your account, and/or send and receive mail from any web browser anywhere in the world.

All of our accounts include generous allocations of additional POP e-mail users, so you can assign e-mail addresses to your employees, friends, colleagues, etc.

Each POP3 user receives an independent 10 MB total quota for the mailbox. Both incoming and outgoing attachment file sizes are limited to approximately 10 MB.

NOTE: Your abillity to use your domain's SMTP server to send mail will depend upon your ISP. Some ISPs block external SMTP relays. In that case, you can simply substitute your ISP's SMTP server setting in your configuration.

In addition to e-mail forwarding/redirection, you can activate a catchall alias that will capture any e-mail sent to your domain. This means that as long as your domain name is correct, even typos in the user name will still be captured and not refused. This feature can be disabled, if desired.

This will allow you to give your customers an E-Mail address that they can send to and be added to your personalized maillist. This is a great way to offer your customers a monthly newsletter, sales updates or just a friendly hello.

The lists can be up to 1,000 names and you can E-Mail a message up to 75k in size to the lists you create.

An infobot, or autoresponder, is a preconfigured message with information you want to automatically send to anyone who sends e-mail to a specified address. When an e-mail is delivered to the infobot address, the infobot automatically sends a reply.

SpamAssassin is a mail filter to identify spam. It is an intelligent email filter which uses a diverse range of tests to identify unsolicited bulk email, more commonly known as Spam. These tests are applied to email headers and content to classify email using advanced statistical methods.

SpamAssassin is easily configurable at the individual user level. Users can choose the level of of filtering as well as the action to be taken against e-mail that meets the specified criteria.

Restrict directories to individuals with the correct login and password, using Apache's .htaccess feature. Directories may be easily protected by using the password protection feature of your control panel. Multiple user/passwords supported.
