Your WebControl Panel
Premium hosting accounts come with PowerScripts PlusMail WebControl, a robust web-based account manager.
This convenient web-based control panel allows you to control many of the features of your account,
including e-mail forwarding, autoresponders, maillists, and web page editing.
Located at http://yourdomainname.com/cgi-bin/plusmail (replace yourdomainname.com with
your actual domain name, or replace it with your IP number while you're waiting for your domain
registration/modification to be completed), your WebControl panel has been assigned the same username

If you've chosen to add any optional add-ons (additional POP accounts, Volano Chat, etc.) to your account,
be sure to install them from the Extras
or Free Scripts section of your
control panel.

WUSAGE is updated nightly. You can view your site stats at http://yourdomainname.com/wusage/ (please

Available with our premium hosting accounts, extended referral logs extend the functionality of WUSAGE by
displaying the URL your visitors were at immediately before they came to your site, and the browser type
they're using. Referral logs must be installed from your WebControl panel's
Extras section before they become
active.
Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as paid to either:

Charges will automatically reoccur according to the payment schedule you selected when you
submitted your application until you cancel your account.

Domain Registration & Renewal
Your account may be eligible for free registration and renewal. CLICK

If we registered your domain for you, the Domain Name Server (DNS) information for your domain will be pointing
correctly to our nameservers as the soon as the registration has propagated. If the domain name was registered before,
you will need to update your domain name record so that it includes our nameservers. Please visit your domain name
registrar's web site and follow their procedures for modifying your nameserver information. The correct nameservers are:

Please note that we do not monitor the status of your domain registration, even if we're providing free renewal. You are responsible
for ensuring that your domain registration is maintained in active status. The web hosting services we provide are independent
of domain registration. Our services are available (by numeric IP number) and billable even if your domain registration

FTP and Shell Access
You have full Secure Shell (SSH) Telnet and FTP access to your account. If you're not familiar with Telnet and FTP applications,

To access your account by SSH or FTP, connect to your domain name (without the www) or your IP number, using the
username and password you received in your Hosting Account information e-mail.

You can also create e-mail forwards,
which are e-mail addresses that don't store mail on the server, but
redirect it to another POP e-mail address. These e-mail forwards are easily created in the
Email Forwarding section of

Autoresponders (or infobots) are a convenient
way to automatically send information as a reply to an incoming e-mail message.

Blacklist-based Spam Filtering is now available for your Your Domain Host e-mail accounts. While no filtering system can
reduce all spam, these filters will reduce the amount of incoming spam significantly. The use of these filters
will also, almost certainly, result in some valid e-mail being rejected.
Spam filtering is enabled by default on all accounts. We strongly recommend that you disable the spam filtering
option in cases where delivery of all legitimate email is critical. You can enable / disable spam filtering from

SpamAssassin spam filtering is also available on all Plusmail hosting accounts. The SpamAssassin filtering is
separate and in addition to the blacklist filtering available through the control panel. SpamAssassin is configurable
by the individual user through the webmail interface (http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/). There's a Spam Filtering
section in the Options menu. Individual users can disable it entirely, or leave it active and configure it as they like.
It is not necessary to use the webmail interface to check your e-mail; the filtering will work even for those using
Outlook, Eudora, etc. However, the only configuration option is through the webmail interface. If you choose to
have the filtering move spam to a separate folder, then you will have to use the webmail interface to access that folder.
