Change Account Type or Payment Frequency

If your current web hosting account is one of our Bronze-I/Starter, Bronze-III, Silver, Gold, or Gold-Commerce accounts, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time without any additional fees (other than the price difference between account types) or downtime.

You can also change your payment frequency (automatic recurring credit card payments only) at any time.

Removing Options

To remove any added-cost options from your account, contact our sales department and request the option removal. Please include authentication in the form of 1) your original account password, or 2) the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the account. Authentication is required to prevent unauthorized changes to your account and charges to your credit card.
