• I affirm that I have the authority to accept these terms and to make this purchase with the credit card or bank account information provided.
   
  
• I understand that this purchase will appear on my credit card or bank statement as paid to either TNS GROUP, INC. (credit card purchases) or to Tintagel Net Solutions Group, Inc. (ACH Electronic Debit transactions.)
   
  
• I have read and agree to be contractually bound by Your Domain Host's Terms & Conditions.
   
  
• If this order includes domain name registration services, I also accept all applicable domain registration terms and conditions.
   
  
• I understand that refunds are provided only as described in the applicable Terms and Conditions. Setup fees and domain name registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
   
  
• Payment for services is not refundable except as provided by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Accordingly, I explicitly waive all chargeback and stop-payment rights associated with this purchase. In addition, I will take steps to ensure that no accidental chargebacks occur by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card or bank statement is aware of this purchase and all relevant details.
   
  
• In the event of a mistaken credit card chargeback or returned electronic debit payment, I agree to pay a $50 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount.
   
  
• For subscription products, I understand that my credit card or bank account will be automatically charged on a recurring basis until and unless I explicitly cancel my account according to the cancellation procedure outlined in the Terms and Conditions. I accept these charges.
